Vibration sensor

A vibration sensor made of PVDF Piezo Film utilizes the piezoelectric properties of PVDF to detect mechanical vibrations. The PVDF thick film generates electrical signals in response to mechanical stress or strain, making it highly sensitive to vibrations. These sensors are lightweight, flexible, and durable, offering excellent sensitivity across a wide frequency range. Due to its robustness and chemical resistance, PVDF-based vibration sensors are ideal for applications in industrial monitoring, structural health monitoring, and equipment diagnostics.

Standard Vibration Sensor

The standard vibration sensors are constructed from PVDF-based polymer film, with integrated electrodes and an outer protective layer, such as Mylar or plastic casing. These sensors are engineered to effectively convert mechanical stimuli into electrical signals. Available in various configurations, sizes, and output terminal options, they offer flexibility to seamlessly integrate into a wide range of applications.
