PVDF Signal Amplification Module (SS-C101)
The SS-C101 PVDF Signal Amplification Module is primarily designed for detecting voltage frequency signals within the range of 100 MV to 500 MV. It operates across a frequency spectrum from 0.1 Hz to 1 kHz.
Product Description
Once the signal is input from P1, it undergoes amplification through the operational amplifier U1, resulting in a direct output at OUT. Simultaneously, the signal enters U2, and the LM393 comparator produces square waves represented by TTL1 and TTL2, respectively.
P1: PVDF signal input terminal
VCC+: Power supply 3.3 V ± 0.3 V
OUT: Signal output terminal
TTL1: Comparator square wave output terminal, comparison voltage 0.5*VCC
TTL2: Comparator square wave output terminal, comparison voltage 0.3*VCC
GND: Power supply ground
Features
The signal module features a sliding rheostat for adjusting the amplification factor, offering a range of 1 to 10 times.
When powered at 3.3 V without any signal input, it produces a floating voltage output of 1.65 V ± 0.2 V.
In the presence of a signal input, it can generate a fluctuating voltage signal with an amplitude of up and down 1.65 V.
As a weak current signal module, this device is highly sensitive to external electromagnetic interference. It is recommended to minimize exposure to electromagnetic interference sources during usage.
Applications
The field of low-frequency and low-voltage signal amplification.
